Set directly along the Black Apple Trail and approximately one mile from the Bentonville Square, Black Apple Cabins pair modern architecture with one of the most connected locations in the city.

The black-clad cabins are defined by clean lines, quiet interiors, natural light, and private outdoor spaces overlooking a wooded ravine. Step outside and ride directly onto the trail network, walk toward downtown, or stay in and let the trees make Bentonville feel much farther away than it is.

Cole Reeves, owner and operator of Reeves Design and Construction, is the designer behind every cabin in the Black Cabin Collection — from the original Black Apple Cabins to the Birdhouses now taking shape above Price Coffee Valley.

He set out to build something Bentonville didn't quite have yet: a cabin that felt as intentional as the city itself. Not another rental-house floor plan, but a small, well-made structure with a real point of view — clean lines, honest materials, and enough restraint to let the surrounding trees do some of the talking.

That same idea has carried through every cabin he's designed since, and it's still the standard any new addition to the collection has to meet: simple, modern, and unmistakably Bentonville.
